In 2007 I was fortunate to participate in a Leadership Program that Lisa Marie had created for my company the Ontario Convention and Visitors Bureau/Convention Center.
The program helped me envision my life and career goals from a different perspective. Though I have always been confident in my abilities I have always hesitated in areas of public speaking and overseeing new projects.
