Let Go of What's Weighing You Down
When you examine your behavior and commit to being better, you start to see patterns.
Over time something changes in you.
》Maybe the change came because you wanted to do something.
》Maybe the change came because you wanted to stop doing something.
》Maybe the change came because you got an internal God-nudge whispering to you and you could no longer keep doing what you were doing.
》Maybe the change came because you had something happen TO you that turned out to be FOR you.
As you change, you recognize some of what you’ve picked up along the way is excess.
Now is a great time to start a list of what’s been weighing you down so you can begin the process of letting it go.
