Your Mission Matters

September 14 - 15, 2026
Richmond, Kentucky
You've been sold a bad bill of goods.
Stepping into the world you've been told you've got to make your mark.
So you head out to do just that.
In the beginning, you're looking for answers.
~ Clarity.
~ Direction.
~ Where to go.
As time passes, you're told you better work a little harder if you want to get ahead.
So you hustle.
And hustle.
And hustle a little more.
You get up early - and go to bed late ... pushing your body to its limits.
You're no quitter so you keep doing this day after day after day ...
... still seeking while building and grinding.
At some point, you question the value of what you're doing.
~ Will this cycle ever stop?
~ Will I ever get ahead?
~ Why does it seem like everyone else has it all figured out?
So you keep pushing your body - and everyone else around you - and now the cracks are starting to show.
It seems like you're now spending all of your time in triage, dealing with one crisis after another, just trying to stop the bleeding.
Sometimes the weight on your chest is so heavy it feels like you can't breathe.
And if you're honest with yourself, you're flippin' tired.
Really tired.
It's been a l-o-n-g time since you've had fun -- or had a full day to yourself to do whatever you wanted.
No one knows how you really feel -- including you -- because feelings are for people who aren't willing to do whatever it takes.
Deep down, you're getting angrier by the day.
~ You resent your friends.
~ You resent your team.
~ And you're starting to resent the people who love you most.
You look in the mirror and wonder, "How in the world did I get here?!?"
That's what we're going to look at during Upside Warrior.
What got you where you are won't get you where you want to go.
You need a new way of operating and may have no idea where to start.
That's where I come in.

These are the actual words from many of my clients over the past 20 years.
From law enforcement to the world of business, leaders have borne the burden of having to provide without being taught how to receive.
Spend two days in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky receiving, as you create a new vision for your life and a new way to live it.
